Kodak launches its new conception, the Kodak LS755 which is a special camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was unveiled in North America on the 21/9/04. The LS755 has for maximum resolution 2592 x 1944. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2288 x 1712, 2048 x 1536, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image on the Kodak LS755 is 4:3, 3:2, for a total of 5.0 mega pixels. The sensor of the LS755 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.5 " using a RGB color filter. Kodak included a digital zoom on the LS755 with an internal flash being very common in new cameras .
The normal focus range is 70 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the LS755 is 2 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this version which is always a useful function. The Kodak LS755 camera has an internal storage of 16 mb extendable with xD-Picture Card + Internal. The LCD implemented in the LS755 is measuring 2.5 ". There is also a video out output available making it handy to watch pictures on your television. USB connectivity to a computer is supported.
