The Z700 can be set to a maximum resolution of 2304 x 1728. The image ratio (w/h) on the Kodak Z700 is 4:3, 3:2, for a total of 4.0 mega pixels. The sensor on the Z700 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.5 " using a RGB color filter. Kodak added a digital zoom on its Z700 with an internal flash being very common in new cameras .
The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 60 cm. The min. shutter speed of the Z700 is 8 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/1600 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this version which is always a useful function. The Kodak Z700 has an internal storage space of 16 mb and can be extended with SD/MMC card + Internal. The LCD implemented in the Z700 diagonally measures 1.6 ". There is also a video out output available allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television.
